Singaporeans hate broccoli.

So we recently conducted a poll and found out that, more than any other vegetable, you guys hate Broccoli.

That’s right, broccoli beat out radishes, turnips and yes, even brussel sprouts.

Why? What did those cute little green trees ever do to you? Well if you’re not eating it, it’s not doing anything to you. And that’s a shame because it has loads of health benefits.

Steamed broccoli has cholesterol lowering properties, it’s a good source of antioxidants, dietary fiber, iron, Omega3 Acids and it’s loaded with Vitamins A and K which help balance our Vitamin D levels.

No wonder broccoli is considered a SUPERFOOD!
